Travel Options
It is important to choose the right travel option to get to your destination and our sports toru managers are always available to discuss what would be best for your team.
  
Coach Travel: Coach tours are ideal for UK and Northern European Tours including Ireland, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany and Spain. We use a range of coaches from mini-coaches up to 30 seats to 72 seat cruisers depending on numbers on each sports tour. Coach travel is most suited to large groups which makes your tour more cost effective as the cost is spread over more people.
 Air Travel: As retail agents for ATOL holders, Tours 4 ltd can arrange your flights for you and suggest the best possible times, fares and routes. Alternatively you can book the flights yourself and our staff can arrange the ground package in your chosen destination including; airport transfers with meet and greet at the airport and also transfers to fixture or tournament arrangements. We are happy to advise of flight costs with low-cost airlines like easyJet or Ryanair as well as larger carriers like BA or Air Iberia.
Accommodation
We use a great range of accommodation options from central hostels and holiday parks to 4* hotels throughout the UK, Europe and Worldwide. We will always advise of the best accommodation options for your team as well as listening to your requests. In some destinations the hotel grading can be different to that in the UK, for example a 4* hotel in eastern Europe is generally the standard of a 3* in the UK. We are happy to provide you with more information and the website address of your hotel so that you can find out more about your accommodation.
  
Sports Fixtures or Tournament Entry
Sports fixtures are the most difficult part of a sports tour to organise and the reason why it's much easier to let a sports tour operator like Tours 4 Sport organise your sports tour for you. We have an unrivalled network of sports clubs, agents and tournament organisers in every country we operate sports tours to. These vital contacts help us to organise fixtures where individual clubs organising a tour themselves would find it very difficult. Make sure that you aren't stuck without fixtures by organising your tour through an experienced sports tour operator like Tours 4 Sport. We always endeavour to match your opposition the the level of your sports team which is why we take as much information as possible about your level of ability.
  
We feature a great range of UK and International sports tournaments that are run by local sports clubs, federations and schools. Each of them has been carefully selected to provide an overall tournament experience for teams of all ages and abilities. Most tournaments have several accommodation options and we can tailor these to each budget.
Sports Travel Insurance
At Tours 4 Sport we recommend that every team that travels with us takes suitable travel insurance that will cover them for playing their chosen sport abroad. If your team or certain members already have insurance please check that the sports are covered and send us all relevant information. Alternatively we offer comprehensive sports travel insurance through Endsleigh Insurance Services which will cover you for your chosen sport. Prices start at £4 per person per day which can be included into the cost of your tour or added to the final invoice.
For your peace of mind Tours 4 ltd is a fully insured sports tour operator with over £5 million combined public liability cover which is more than double the industry standard.
Financial Security
All flight bookings with Tours 4 are ATOL protected. Tours 4 ltd is a retail agent for Liberty Travel Consultants ltd ATOL number 3973. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom . Visit www.atol.org.uk for more information.
In accordance with the package travel, package tours regulations 1992 all passengers booking with Tours4 ltd are fully insured for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Tours4 ltd. A certificate detailing this cover will be given to each and every passenger as evidence of cover. Please ensure that you have been given the appropriate certificate at the time of booking. This insurance has been arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through IGI Insurance Company Limited.
Customer Service
Here at Tours 4 Sport, we are sports people, not sales people, and our customers come back to us year after year because they like our service and the way we treat them. Each team is unique so we will create a sports tour around your requirements and we stop at nothing to make sure you get the tour you want. As soon as you enquire about a tour you will be allocated a sports tour manager who will deal with your tour from start to finish and will always be on hand to answer any questions you might have or give you an update on your tour progress.
  
Our office hours are 8.30 to 19:00 daily but we are also contactable out of hours for urgent enquiries whilst you are away.

A list of excursions and prices will be given to you with each quote so you can choose from our selected options.
  
Representatives and Assistance
Some sports tours automatically qualify for representative assistance from our staff in the UK or representative offices all over the world. We can talk you through your options before you book your tour so you can choose what would be most appropriate for your team. Your quote will contain all the information you should know about what assistance will be given to you while you're on tour.
